Rice Pudding
The easiest dessert to make and eat!
It is my favorite dessert that I would eat it every day because I like to eat rice a lot!
However, at the first time I had it, it was weird to me to know that it contains rice with milk and it is sweet! Since that, I learned how to make it from my auntie so I can make it whenever I want. After I mastered it, I made it to my family and friend to try it. I noticed that they really liked it by asking me to make it every time we have a family gathering. Now, it became one of the main dishes in my home.
That’s why I want to share it with you and I’m sure you will like it!
-It could serve in 6 bowls for 6 people-
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup short grain rice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Mix the milk, sugar, rice, and salt in a pot over medium-high heat.
- Leave it until it’s boil. Once it boils, reduce heat to low and leave it for 35-40 minutes, or until the rice is soft and the mixture is thick. (As it begins to thicken, stir often to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.)
- Transfer to a bowl and let cool and set up in the refrigerator.
- You can decorate it with cinnamon powder or any fruit you like on the top.

I believe that this is going to be your favorite dessert as well, which is something does not take a long time to make and it can serve for a lot of people for a decent amount of money for the ingredients.
I’ll have to try this! I enjoy rice but never thought of having it as a pudding

I have never had rice pudding, but it is something I definitley would try if I had the opportunity. It does sound a bit odd, having rice and milk but I mean as many odd things that most of us eat, its probably something to just get adjust to.
